A Darker Season Awaits offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility and requesting a return

For our voluntary 30-day return policy, items must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, in the condition received. Please retain your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Email contact@abundantflow.solutions with your order number and the item you wish to return. Contact us before sending anything back. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. The return address is 1110 NW Hurbert St, Newport, OR 97365, United States, unless our instructions specify another address.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs when available so we can investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Our voluntary return policy does not cover personalized or custom products, gift cards, or sale items. These exclusions do not remove rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods or other mandatory consumer rights. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether an item qualifies.

Exchanges

Request a return for the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, its eligibility rules, deadlines, refund requirements, and permitted exceptions take precedence over our voluntary return conditions.
